orders

when will my order ship?
orders are processed within 7 business days. you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

can i cancel or change my order?
once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. please review your order carefully before checking out.

do you offer international shipping?
yes — rates are calculated at checkout. please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by your country’s customs office. these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.

my package says “delivered,” but i didn’t receive it.
once an order is marked delivered, 4ev is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. please check with your building, neighbors, or local post office.

returns & exchanges

do you accept returns?
all sales are final. because our pieces are one-of-a-kind/vintage, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

what if my item arrives damaged?
please contact us at 4ev.store@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. we’ll work towards a resolution with you.

vintage & sizing

are your vintage items pre-owned?
yes. all vintage pieces are pre-loved and may show light signs of wear that add to their character. each item is carefully cleaned, inspected, and described before it’s listed. any defects will be noted in the item description.

how do i know if something will fit me?
we include measurements for most pieces in the product description, as well as model measurements for reference. if you need additional details, reach out— we’re happy to help.

rentals & pulls

do you offer rentals for stylists or shoots?
yes. you can use this link to book a studio appointment. please note that we allow rentals for fashion professionals only. rentals are typically 72 hours, with extended rentals available upon discussion. some retail items and all rentals listed are available to rent.
